Case analysis of Tripterygium Wilfordii united Tapazole Prednisone in the treatment of 61 cases of thyrotoxic exophthalmos

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and case analysis of Tripterygium Wilfordii united Tapazole Prednisone in the treatment of hyperthyroidism exophthalmos. Methods:61 cases of patients with thyrotoxic exophthalmos in our hospital were given case analysis and comprehensive evaluation after the treatment of Tripterygium Wilfordii united Tapazole Prednisone. Results:The cure rate of Tripterygium Wilfordii united Tapazole Prednisone in the treatment of hyperthyroidism exophthalmos was 57.4%,markedly effective rate was 18.0%,effective rate was 11.5%,non-efficiency rate was 11.5%. Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment of immunosuppressant Tripterygium Wilfordii united Tapazole Prednisone for hyperthyroidism exophthalmos is more evident,and can correspondingly reduce the dosage of Tapazole and Prednisone,and also has small side-effects,and shortens the course of treatment.
