INCESSANT VENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA WITH RIGHT HEART THROMBUS IN TRANSIT

Management of refractory ventricular tachycardia (VT) in the setting of RV cardiomyopathy is challenging. A 27-year-old woman with granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener's) with cardiac and renal involvement, refractory VT with prior ablations s/p ICD presented with fatigue and ICD shocks. ECG
