Une cause rare de choc septique : la tuberculose disséminée (à propos de trois cas)

1994
Summary Three cases of septic shock due to acute disseminated miliary tuberculosis are reported. Circulatory disturbances characteristic of septic shock were hemodynamically confirmed by right-sided cardiac catheterization without other demonstrable systemic infection. None of the patients was infected with the HIV. The two patients treated with anti-tuberculous drugs survived.
