Conservative manegement of renal injury in blunt abdominal trauma

Lunt abdominal trauma the priority of the surgeon must be search either trhe presence or the absence of visceral injuries essentialy after clinical exam and appropriate diagnostic imaging. The objective of this case report is to describe a patient victim of blunt abdominal, trauma admitted to HJPSXXIII’s trauma section, which had the need of conservative management after a level IV kidney injury.
