Takotsubo Syndrome (TTS) is a form of acute systolic cardiomyopathy, usually reversible, resembling an acute coronary syndrome but occurring in the absence of epicardial obstructive coronary artery disease. It commonly affects postmenopausal women after a stressful event, either physiological or
