Observation on the Effect of Nurse Position Management in Improving the Quality Nursing Service of Hemodialysis Room

2020
Observe the effect of nurse position management in improving the quality nursing service of the hemodialysisroom. 120 patients with dialysis who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomlydivided into the routine group and the experimental group, each group was 60 cases. The routine group wastreated with quality care, and the experimental group was based on the routine group. The nurses' postmanagement was added. After comparing the two groups of patients to different nursing modes, the nursingeffect, nursing satisfaction, quality of care, and SAS score and SDS score of the patients were compared. Theincidence of adverse events in the two groups after receiving different nursing modes was significantly better inthe experimental group than in the conventional group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the two groups was 73.33%and 91.67%, respectively. The experimental group was significantly higher than the conventional group(P<0.05). The quality of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in theconventional group (P<0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were better than those inthe conventional group (P<0.05). The addition of nurse position management in the blood-through room qualitynursing service can effectively improve the patient's nursing effect and SAS and SDS scores, significantlyimprove the satisfaction of nursing and the quality of care, and it is worth further promotion and application inthe clinic.
