SEVENTY-FIVE CASES OF MIGRAINE.

Seventy-five eases of migraine presenting as out-patients in a neurological department are reviewed with regard to various clinical features. An attempt is made to localise the cerebral arteries probably involved. Some speculations on aetiology are offered.
