Cold Agglutinin Titers in Psychiatric Patients

Cold agglutinin titers were obtained from the serum of 41 psychiatric patients. The 21 chronic schizophrenic patients tended to have positive cold agglutinm titers; the authors suggest that this immunological finding may be associated with long-term neuroleptic treatment.
