Torbiel limfatyczna krezki jako przyczyna bólów brzucha u 4-letniej dziewczynki – opis przypadku

2013
Abstract Mesenteric cystic lymphangioma is a rare disease which can cause both acute and chronic abdominal pain. These lessions are classified as a bening neoplasma or congenital anomaly. The main cause of the lessions is benign proliferation of ectopic lymphatic vessels of mesenterium lacking communication with the normal lymphatic system. Abdominal ultrasonography is the imaging modality of choice, but in majority of cases verification using other examinations like TK or MR is required. Preoperative diagnosis is sometimes very difficult. The authors present the case of 4-year-old girl that presented abdominal pain from 1 month. Intestinal obstruction which was generated by volvulus caused extension of diagnosis and set the right preoperative diagnosis. The complete cystic resection was done in the case of the girl. The postoperative course was not complicated. Nowdays the condition of the girl is good.
