The invention provides an ultra-clean bag type dust removal system based on double-layer filtering and partition room flow self-balance. The system is composed of a double-layer ultra-clean filtering bag, a charge induction flow meter and partition room flow self-balance control modules, wherein the double-layer ultra-clean filtering bag is based on ultra-micropore filtering membranes and ultra-fine fibers. Before dust-containing flue gas generated by a coal-fired boiler enters partition rooms of an ultra-clean bag type dust remover, the charge induction flow meter monitors flow of flue gas inlets of the partition rooms and feeds signals back to the partition room flow self-balance control modules, the system controls the opening degree of butterfly valve windshields of the partition rooms according to a preset program, and accordingly the flow of flue gas entering the partition rooms of the dust remover is balanced; the balanced flue gas entering the partition rooms are subjected to dust removal through the double-layer ultra-clean filtering bag. The system can effectively purify the dust-containing flue gas of a coal-fired power plant, ultra-clean emission is achieved, and the system has the advantages of being high in filtering precision, uniform in flow field distribution, sensitive in monitoring system, long in filtering bag service life, simple in technology, low in improvement investment cost and operation cost and the like.
