Choroid plexus (CP) hyperplasia (CPH) is extremely rare and characterized by an enlarged but morphologically normal CP. This condition is often associated with hydrocephalus. CPH has been reported primarily in children, with the oldest patient diagnosed at age 11 years.1,2
