A Diagnostic Dilemma for Upper Limb Surgeons- An Inflammatory Posterior Interosseus Nerve Palsy

Case Report We report the case of a 56 year old man who was diagnosed with mild skin psoriasis and psoriatic arthropathy 20 years ago. He had tried several disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs and was found to be intolerant of azathioprine, sulfasalazine and methotrexate. He was being maintained on leflunomide 10mg once daily but was still restricted with neck stiffness and persistent synovitis at metacarpophalangeal joints, proximal interphalangeal joints and both elbows.
