The Influence of on ErZhi Pills on Hemorheology and Myocardial Energy Metabolic Enzymes Changes Depending on Natural Aging Mouse

Objective: To investigate the influence of on ErZhi Pills on hemorheology and myocardial energy metabolic enzymes changes depending on natural aging mouse.Methods:The mouse were administrated with ErZhi Pills in Mash on 1.8g·kg-1since it was six months old last for eigheteen months old,then measured the changes of hemorheology and myocardial energy metabolic enzymes such as Na+-K+-ATP,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP,SDH,LDH.Results:After administration,the erythrocyte aggregation index in ErZhi Pills group were decreased,but no statistical significance.Also,ErZhi Pills have improved the activity of myocardial energy metabolic enzymes,such as Na+-K+-ATP,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP,SDH,LDH,and had statistical significance compared with the control group(P0.01).Conclusion:The administration of ErZhi Pills could have changed hemorheology,and have decreased the erythrocyte aggregation index,also improved the activity of myocardial energy metabolic enzymes,then delayed body aging process.
