Study on treatment of patients in cerebral hemorrhage convalescent by ozonized autohemotransfuion

Objective To observe the clinical effects of patients in cerebral hemorrhage convalescent by ozonized autohemotransfusion.Methods 68 cerebral hemorrhage convalescent patients were randomly divided into a control group and ozonized autohemotransfusion treatment group.Two sets of acute phase were given to lower the intracranial pressure,to control cerebral edema,and control of blood pressure was to prevent continued bleeding,improving brain cell metabolism was to maintain the acid-base balance of water and electrolyte conventional treatment,and simultaneously complications were treated.At the same time the treatment group was given large auto-hemotherapy(three times a week,8 times in a course of treatment).Clinical neurological deficit was scored,after a course of treatment,and activities of daily living were evaluated,and the clinical efficacy was compared respectively.Results The degree of recovery of neurological deficit and living activity were improved(P0.05);while treatment group was better.Conclusion Ozonized autohemotransfusion treatment is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and the improvement in their quality of life.
