AbstractObjectiveThe aim of this study was to test whether systemic hypertension influences brachial and carotid artery remodeling in postmenopausal women. A secondary aim was to evaluate the possible role of pulse pressure.MethodsWe enrolled 100 postmenopausal women affected by hypertension (cases)
