Method for preparing titanium dioxide-aluminum hydroxide-crop straw composite artificial board

Provided is a method for preparing a titanium dioxide-aluminum hydroxide-crop straw composite artificial board. Tetrabutyl titanate, acetylacetone, aluminum hydroxide, phosphoric acid, N,N-dimethylacetamide, absolute ethyl alcohol and crop straw serve as the raw materials. The method comprises the steps that firstly, aluminum hydroxide emulsion and a titanium dioxide sol solution are prepared; then the processed crop straw is put into the aluminum hydroxide emulsion to be soaked; and the titanium dioxide-aluminum hydroxide-crop straw composite artificial board is prepared through the procedures of drying, pressing, infiltration strengthening of the titanium dioxide sol solution and heat treatment. The preparation process is easy and convenient to implement. The prepared titanium dioxide-aluminum hydroxide-crop straw composite artificial board has the remarkable advantages of preserving heat, retarding flame, being high in strength, being light in mass, insulating sound, lowering noise and the like. Timber resources are effectively saved. The resource utilization way of crop straw is extended.
