The investigations of the influence of the SDC MBT magnet field nonuniformity on muon momentum resolution

The first results of the simulation work on understanding, how magnet field nonuniformity influences on muon momentum resolution, are presented. The investigations were performed on the base of SDC Muon Barrel Toroid (MBT), but the authors hope the methods and some of the conclusions may be used in other experiments, in LHC, for example.
