How should developing countries manage diabetes

In 2003, 194 million people 20 to 79 years of age had diabetes mellitus, almost three-quarters of them living in the developing world. By 2025 this number will have increased by 72%: 333 million cases are predicted, with a doubling of the prevalence in the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and
