To Treat or Not to Treat

There is a perpetual dilemma for critical care physicians, pulmonologist and geriatricians on deciding whether to resuscitate a very elderly patient who is suffering from multiple chronic health problems and geriatric syndromes with minimal resilience, probably in the terminal phase of life.
