Objectives
Our earlier post hoc analysis suggested possible benefits of statins in reducing risk of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) in younger participants (< age 80 years) with the APOE e4 allele. We further investigated these findings with more follow-up time and more recently enrolled participants.
