IMPORTANCE OF DEVELOPING A NEW MODIFIED HIGH RISK PREGNANCY SCORING SYSTEM

Objective:  The present study is an attempt to propose a new modified high risk pregnancy scoring system incorporating both maternal and foetal risk factors by assigning a numerical score to each woman and to assess the effectiveness of this system in identifying and hence reducing perinatal mortality.
