Endoscopic Injection Treatment for Gastric Dieulafoy Lesion in Two Newborn Infants

Diculafoy lesion is an abnormally large calibcred submucosal artcry associated with a minute mucosal defect in the gastrointestinal mucosa. It is a rare cause of profuse, but intermittent gastrointestinal bleeding. The lesion is usually located in the stomach, although it may occur anywhere in the gastrointestinal traet. Diculafoy lesion which was treated by endoseopic epinephrine injection therapy without complication and recurrence.
