Lyme carditis (LC) is seen in 4-10% of patients with Lyme disease and is associated with varying degrees of atrioventricular (AV) block.
A 61 year old female with a past medical history including hypertension and biopsy proven amyloidosis of the left eye presented to the hospital with syncope.
