Identification of Additional Risk in Patients with Hypertension, Who Work under the Influence of Microwave Electromagnetic Radiation

2015
Determination of the content of oxidative DNA damage markers 8-OHdG in daily urine of patients with hypertension provides safe, non-invasive, harmless to the patient study. The technical result provides a highly sensitive and specific diagnosis of oxidative damage to mitochondrial DNA in patients with hypertension, who work under the influence of microwave electromagnetic radiation. Determination of 8-OHdG in patients with hypertension, who work under the influence of microwave electromagnetic radiation, is a highly informative and fast method of diagnosis of increased risk of the disease.
