Alternating myasthenia and myastheniform syndrome in the same subject

A man of 23 years was affected by myasthenia with amyotrophic patterns. From the neurophysiological viewpoint, there were typical electrophysiological aspects of myasthenia gravis and the Eaton-Lambert syndrome simultaneously.
