Monosomy of a "G" autosome in a 22-year-old female.

A report is presented of the case of a 22 year old woman with 45, XX, -21 chromosomal anomaly, who has very minor physical abnormalities, and a border line normal intellect. She presented with hypothyroidism, and is troubled by a life long photosensitive skin eruption.
