Experience with ABO-Incompatible Heart Transplantation

There is no great progress in ABO-incompatible heart transplantation in adults, and only a few cases are reported about the ABO-incompatible heart transplantation in children. Currently, ABO-incompatible heart transplantation remains at the basic stage. However, we believe that with the rapid development and gradual maturity of ABO-incompatible cardiac transplantation in infants and young children, we will make a breakthrough and progress of the research and application of ABO-incompatible cardiac transplantation in adults in the future.
