Electrochemical Biosensors for Cancer Detection Using Different Biomarkers

2019
Cancer detecting at an early stage, can save lives and increases the chance of treatment. For diagnosing cancer, antigens related to tumor have been used as biomarkers in order to diagnose cancer. These includes molecules related to tumor cells, and body fluids like urine and blood that are over-expressed as a result of cancer development. A range of biomarkers of different cancer types have been identified so far. Biomarkers including "Okadaic Acid", "Nucleic Acid", "Protein-Based", are the main criterions for some cancers and they are the approach of this paper. There are some Electrochemical Biosensors called point-of-care categorized as a biomarkers diagnostic devices, they provide applicable choices which helps in quick and accurate analysis and detection of cancer symptoms. In this paper, a simulation based on Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy is presented which is a practical and reliable tool for identifying biological materials, such as cancer biomarkers.
