Molecular Targeted Therapy in Hepatocellular Carcinoma: Present Achievements and Future Challenges

Therapeutic options in advanced stage hepatocellular carcinoma have been very poor until the discovery of new therapeutic agents that target the molecular pathways involved in hepatocarcinogenesis. In
