Preparation method for nanoscale iron slag-modified styrene-butadiene rubber composite wave-absorbing material

2015
The present invention relates to a preparation method for a nanoscale iron slag-modified styrene-butadiene rubber composite wave-absorbing material, and belongs to the field of wave-absorbing material preparation. The invention aims to solve problems that when a current ferrite wave-absorbing material is compounded with a rubber material, as ferrite and rubber cannot be perfectly combined, ferrite falls to disperse in a rubber product uniformly so that the wave-absorbing performance is poor. The method provided by the present invention is characterized by comprising the steps of selecting pyrite cinder for calcination and milling to prepare nanoscale iron slag, and carrying out plasma mixing and grafting of the nanoscale iron slag with styrene monomer, thereby introducing a vinyl group for combination with the vinyl group in styrene-butadiene rubber and thus realizing perfect combination with the styrene butadiene rubber. According to the invention, the maximum wave-absorbing loss is 15-16 dB under the frequency of 2-14GHz; and the material is prepared by using pyrite cinder, so that the cost can be lowered and the method is environment-friendly.
