Establishment of blood cell reference measurement laboratory

Blood cell analysis is commonly used in clinical laboratory. The accuracy of the results directly affects the diagnosis and treatment of disease. The core work of blood cell reference laboratory is to establish of the traceability and thus to ensurethe accuracy and comparability of the results of blood cell examination. Based on the documents of CNAS-CL01 "Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories" and CNAS-CL25 "Application of Laboratory Accreditation Criteria in the Field of Calibration" , Beijing Institute of Medical Device Testing has established reference laboratory.(Chin J Lab Med, 2016, 39: 868-870) Key words: Blood cell count; Reference values; Reference standards; Quality control
