Clinical Analysis of Non-ST-Segment Elevation Acute Myocardial Infarction

To investigate and analyze non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction clinical characteristics, we select hospital 130 patients with acute myocardial infarction from June 2009 to June 2011. According to body surface ECG ST-segment elevation, we divided them into ST-segment elevation group (n = 60) and non-ST-segment elevation group (n = 70), the clinical features of two groups of patients, coronary artery disease and hospitalization 1 the relevant results on a comparative analysis. The results of non-ST-segment elevation group rate history of diabetes, a history of recurrent angina was higher than ST-segment elevation group, by comparison were statistically significant (P <0.05). Group of non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction with ST-segment elevation group, P <0.05. Non-ST-segment elevation group, CK peak, TNI were lower than the peak ST-segment elevation group, by comparison were statistically significant (P <0.05). Non-ST-segment elevation group of three coronary artery disease was significantly higher than ST-segment elevation group, by comparison a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Group of non-ST-segment elevation within 1 month of hospitalization with a trial fibrillation, cardiac pump failure, ventricular arrhythmia and death were significantly lower than the incidence of ST-segment elevation group, by comparison were statistically significant (P <0.05). Non-ST-segment elevation of CK peak, TNI peak lower than ST-segment elevation, coronary artery disease is higher than the ST-segment elevation, hospitalized a month prognosis is better than ST-segment elevation.
