Prior studies have reported discordant findings for the utility of transluminal attenuation gradient (TAG) to diagnosis vessel-specific ischemia. In the prospective, multicenter, international CREDENCE trial, 612 patients underwent non-emergent invasive angiography with FFR in all 40-90% stenoses.
