Urine protease and antiprotease activity in experimental aminonucleoside nephrotoxicity.

Induction of nephrosis in rats with aminonucleoside of puromycin (ANP) was followed by an increase in urinary protease activity, measured by the cleavage of 14C-globin, as well as in antipr
