Kawasaki disease combined with multiple systematic artery lesions:a case report and literature review

Objective To describe the clinical characteristics of a case of Kawasaki disease(KD)combined with multiple systematic artery lesions.Methods A case was confirmed to have KD as well as multiple systematic artery lesions by clinical manifestations and ultrasonography.Results A girl of five months old was diagnosed of KD and coronary aneurysms,and she met the criteria for intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG)-resistant KD.The B-ultrasound examination of systematic artery showed that there were multiple artery lesions.Conclusions KD combined with multiple systematic artery lesions was rare in childhood.Long-term follow-up is needed to further investigate.
