STRANGENESS S = -2 BARYON RESONANCE.

Evidence is presented confirming the existence of the Ξ(1815) baryon with strangeness S=−2 as well as two new Ξ resonances with masses 2030±10 MeV and 2430±20 MeV, respectively. It is speculated that the Ξ(2030) is a member of a 52+ octet, and an SU(3) analysis of the decay rates of the conjectured states is in reasonable agreement with the experimental data.
