Patient anxiety was not associated with a difference in preference for management strategy. CONCLUSION: In this cross-sectional survey, we identified a major gap in patient knowledge with respect to pancreatic cysts. Patients primarily relied on physician recommendations for management and in general were more willing to pursue non-invasive testing.
