Micro-Motion Model and Micro-Doppler Effect of Ballistic Missile in MIMO Radar

Auto ballistic missile recognition is one of key techniques in ballistic missile defense sys- tem. The multi-input multi-output ( MIMO ) radar technique and micro-Doppler signature analysis are in- troduced for ballistic missile recognition , which can overcome the difficulties caused by stealthy technique and active jamming. The micro-motion model of ballistic missile in MIMO radar is constructed , and the parameterized expressions of micro-Doppler effects induced by spinning , coning and precession are pro- posed. The accuracy of analyses is validated by simulated data.
