Inflammatory abdominal aortic aneurysm successfully treated with steroid therapy.

![Figure][1] A 60-year-old man presented with a low back pain. Laboratory examination revealed a raised erythrocyte sedimentation rate of 83 mm/h, an elevated C-reactive protein of 3.9 mg/dl, and estimated glomerular filtration rate of 36 ml/min/m2. A computed tomography scan showed a 4.0-cm
