Evaluation of health educational effects on community health patients

Objective To improve the effect of community health. Methods We used collective or individual health education to conduct community nursing based on the different levels of schooling of the patients. Results ?字2 test showed significant difference in anxiety between before and after health education (P0.01). The patients with higher education had their anxiety lowered after health education. In the two items of poor diet behavior and self-care ability, there were significant differences by ?字2 test (P0.01), indicating that their poor diet behaviors were improved and their self-care ability was raised after health education. Conclusion Conduct of health education based on the different schooling level of the patients is able to lower the anxiety, improve the poor diet behavior and raise the self-care ability.
