The Relationship Research of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage and Hypertension

Objective To investigate the occurrence and prognosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and hypertension relationship.Methods A hospital in January 2009-2010 in January admitted 107 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,according to their blood pressure and hypertension were divided into normal group,track blood pressure changes and the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage and prognosis.Results 107 patients with hypertension 88 cases(82.24%),no hypertension in 19 cases(17.76%);in the hypertensive group,the prognosis of patients with good blood pressure control than patients with poorly controlled blood pressure,the difference was statistically significance(P0.05).Conclusion Hypertension is closely related to cerebral hemorrhage and hypertension in the course of treatment should be closely monitored blood pressure,and effective control in order to improve the quality of prognosis.
