The evolution depends on the quick recognition and diagnosis, which let us the stratification and medical conduct. The efficacy of the treatment is related to the time of the unset of symptoms and treatment. Electrocardiogram represents an important instrument to the diagnosis and initial classification in ST elevated and without ST segment elevated syndrome which it permit management. The aim of the treatment is to reduce the ischemic area as soon as possible to prevent mayors complications as death, and myocardial infarction, it could be possible with antischemic drugs by the best way of reperfusion, beta blockers, low molecular weigh heparin, antiplatelets and statin treatment.
