The invention provides a thermal shrinkage bag for cheese package, comprising a surface layer, a core layer and a heat-sealing layer. The surface layer and the heat-sealing layer are respectively bonded with the core layer via binding layers, the core layer is a mixture of 98wt% of PVDC resin and 2wt% of processing assistant, the PVDC resin is a VDC-MA copolymer, the processing assistant is an epoxy soybean oil or other plasticizer systems; the surface layer contains resin a and resin b, the resin a is an ethylene-ALPHA-olefin copolymer or a mixture of multiple ethylene-ALPHA-olefin copolymers, the resin b is an EMAA, EAA, EVA, EBA or EEA copolymer; and the heat-sealing layer comprises resin c and resin d, the resin c is a copolymer of ethylene and propylene, butylenes, hexylene-1 or octylene-1, and the resin d is a mixture of one or more selected from LLDPE, POP, VLDPE, LMDPE and CEO. The technical proposal provided in the invention effectively solves the shrinkage ratio, barrier properties and other problems; has proper oxygen and carbon dioxide gas permeation ratio and excellent heat seal-ability; and is suitable for fresh-keeping shrink package of cheese.
