Optimization method for a class of integrated energy system with compressed air energy storage

As the most potential energy storage system at present, advanced adiabatic compressed air energy storage can better realize the regional comprehensive energy system’s absorption of new energy, efficient utilization of traditional energy and reduction of environmental pollution. In this paper, an energy supply optimization model of regional integrated energy system with advanced adiabatic compressed air energy storage is established to realize the economic optimization of the system’s electric heating energy in the daily operation cycle. By studying the energy storage characteristics of advanced adiabatic compressed air energy storage and its relationship with regional integrated energy system, the electric power balance, thermal power balance, operation constraints and environmental costs of various energy supply devices are analyzed. Gams optimization software is used to solve the operation costs of the traditional regional comprehensive energy system model and the model established in this paper in the daily operation cycle. Different models are compared from two aspects of environmental protection and economy, which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the model in reducing costs, promoting new energy consumption and energy conservation and emission reduction.
