SEASONAL PERIODICITY IN MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION MORTALITY IN THE UNITED STATES

Seasonal periodicity has been described in myocardial infarction (MI); however, whether this translates to MI mortality is not known. Using the multiple cause of death files, we identified all deaths due to myocardial infarction as the underlying cause of death (International Classification of
