EFFECT OF EXPANDING DIABETES PUBLICITY AND EDUCATION

Objective To investigate the diversification of Diabetes missionary after the implementation of responsibility system care. Methods set up care team accountability,establish the mission objectives,develop flexible and effective missionary content. Results Since May,2010 when we started the implementation of responsibility system care,all nurses have implemented multiple missionary for 625 Diabetes patients,led patients to interest in learning the related knowledge,and promote the nurse-patient communication. Conclusion responsibility system care with a variety of missionary expand the effect of Diabetes missionary,and improve patients′ self-care ability and the quality of their lives.
