Clinical analysis of 28 cases of primary breast malignant lymphoma

In order to analyze the clinical pathological characteristics,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis factors in primary breast lymphoma(PBL),the clinical data of 28 cases PBL were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were female with average age of 44 years.Twenty-seven cases were non-Hodgkin lymphoma with B-cell lineage(89.5%)and T-cell lineage(10.5%).The overall 5-year survival rate was 22.5%.In conclusions,the prognosis of PBL might be related with the stage and treatment modality.Operation combined with chemoradiotherapy might be the best treatment method.Local excision should be the first choice in surgery.
