Although hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia is considered a rare disease, its prevalence may be higher than previously estimated. We report a case of occult gastrointestinal bleeding in a man with mucocutaneous telangectases and history of recurrent epistaxis, describing the diagnostic trial and the therapy.
