Lithium cardiotoxicity most commonly is manifested in benign electrophysiological changes but also occasionally fatal arrhythmias. Right bundle branch block (RBBB) and elevated troponin are rarely documented manifestations. A 24-year-old female with a history of bipolar disorder on Lithium therapy
