Оценка влияния генетических факторов апоптоза в развитии хронической сердечной недостаточности ишемической этиологии

The article covers results of an examination of 277 patients suffering from coronary heart disease (CHD), complicated chronic heart failure (CHF). The influence of polymorphic variants of the caspase-8 gene (CASP8) (polymorphic loci -652 (6N) I / D and D302H) on the CHF development was assessed. Allele del and genotype del/del polymorphic locus -652(6N)I/D showed themselves as factors of an individual increased risk of the CHF developing, allele ins and genotype ins/ins acts as a protective genetic factors in the development of the CHF by patients with coronary artery disease. The impact of genotypes of polymorphic loci D302H gene caspase 8 on the risk of developing CHF by patients with CHD has not been not detected.
